Miramare Residence grants free access to a private beach nearby and a private terrace with sea views and unlimited deckchairs. The residence occupies a 40,000 m2 garden filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers. A large shaded parking area for cars and motorcycles is provided on site.

Accommodations include studios, cottages, and apartments decorated in Mediterranean style, each with a fully equipped kitchenette and a private patio. These mini-apartments are constructed from local tufo stone, giving them a distinct regional character. Daily cleaning and linen change service is provided for all units.
